how to i get a court order to have my son attend a drug and alcohol treatment center?

My son who is 17 has a problem with alcohol. I found two large bottles of vodka in his room and hid vodka in water bottles in your refrigerator. I found a treatment center in the area made an appointment with my son, but refuses to go saying he has no problem. The health center said she could get a court order. How I can do if I can convince my son to go. talk to your doctor and a lawyer. see what conditions are required by the insurance company. Little is gained until he admits he has a problem, because you feel you have a problem is his poor grades, did not go to school, run, move, etc or is it just that you have found a couple of bottles. In many states, you can ask the judge to obtain a PIN (person in need of supervision) designation, often through the family court (not criminal) and may be able to process the order. If arrested, the criminal court may be able to make a statement of conviction. But you need someone who can help determine if he has a problem, or if you can speak to react somewhat more objectively. They should also acquaint themselves with what is outpatient treatment is available in your area if there is a better solution. Reaching out to school counselors, clergy, etc.
